Gatekeeper Action

According to EU regulations, motor vehicle manufacturers are required to protect vehicles from cyber attacks. Due to secure interfaces (mandatory for all vehicles manufactured after July 2024 and for all vehicles that have received a new approval after September 22, 2020), there will be limited access to the vehicle's diagnostic functions. The secure interfaces (SGW) will allow reading data from the vehicle, but will not allow any changes, including erasing fault codes. The BOSCH diagnostic devices KTS560 and KTS590 are equipped with SDA Secure Diagnostic Access access to protected diagnostic functions, which will allow users to unlock access to the vehicle and perform a full diagnosis. Users who purchase a KTS560 or KTS590 device (especially sought after due to the built-in oscilloscope function), can register through ESI Tronic to be entitled to a financial approval in the amount of 250.00 EUR for the KTS560 (special sale price 1,742.00 EUR + VAT) and 500.00 EUR for the KTS590 device (special sale price 2,271.00 EUR + VAT). The promotion lasts until 30.11.2024.
